Energy@Work is an innovative start-up company founded in 2014 thanks to a funding of 1.250.000,00 € under the Italian PON. The prototype consists of an intelligent Building Management System combining: low-cost sensor networks, AI control algorithms and a multiprotocol interface enabling compliance with most of pre-existing BMS and utilities. Based on this technology, the solution is able to optimize energy consumptions in complex buildings through automated synergic management of HVAC, lighting and shading systems. Thanks to operating pilot sites, it has been possible to measure and validate energy savings up to 30%. Mobile and Desktop apps offer user friendly tools for owners and energy managers.
