3DRap is a digital prototyping laboratory. From the initiative of a group of young mechanical engineering students, with the aim of innovating the design sector, the 3DRap s.r.l. The goal of 3DRap is to allow anyone to materialize their idea by reducing costs and time in the phases of engineering and prototyping of the product. The philosophy of Open Source is one of the pillars on which our action is based, we are indeed convinced that opening up to the world is the key to progress. Our company is an adhocratic structure, with an MTO and ETO production system that implements a Job-Shop production process: an INDUSTRY 4.0, able to realize a wide range of products thanks to the high capacity of self-reconfiguration of the production line.
