Description

WEART develops wearable and portable devices designed for the digitization of the sense of touch. Our devices are used to augment digital experiences (VR / AR or multimedia contents) with a tactile track that is added to the audio/video ones. We deeply change the way users interact with digital content, enabling the perception of forces, textures, and thermal cues. 

This results in increased realism and user engagement during the fruition of these experiences.

TouchDIVER

The TouchDIVER is a wearable haptic device that can be used to add tactile sensations to any VR/AR experience. The product is able to track user hand movements and apply on his skin a combination of forces, textures and thermal cues. This enables a natural and realistic interaction of the user with virtual objects and surfaces. The device is provided with an SDK that can be used to integrate it in Unity, Unreal Engine and other software development platforms. Typical applications of the device include industrial and medical training, marketing experiences and entertainment.

TouchKEY

The TouchKEY is a portable haptic device that can be used to add tactile sensations to any digital experience. Standard video contents can be augmented, thanks to this device, with a tactile track that is added and synchronized with the standard audio/video ones. Typical applications of this device are marketing experiences where user engagement is crucial and incredibly increased by digitalized tactile sensations.
