Biography
Orlando is an experienced digital transformation leader, driving innovation and growth.
Over the last 2 years, he has held key roles at BNP PARIBAS Real Estate UK, where he has been leading digital experience and performance initiatives and managing digital projects. At BNP PARIBAS Real Estate UK, as Head of Digital Experience & Performance, he leads the strategy and execution of digital customer experience initiatives, working on successful integration of innovative digital solutions that enhance the customer journey. Currently contributing to an intra-Group AI Committee, focusing on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to drive innovation across the Group’s digital ecosystem.
Prior to BNP PARIBAS, Orlando was Co-Founder and Business Director at Roll Studio, where he delivered innovative digital solutions for clients across various industries.
