B4TECH is an Innovative Startup which creates Digital Ecosystems, based on exponential technologies, aimed to bring Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 in companies operating in B2B and B2C markets.
B4TECH's Ecosystems aim to "make system", i.e. digitize, automate and orchestrate all business processes, integrating them with 4.0 technologies and focusing on the organization and people. This approach allows the reduction of process waste, the increase of automation of low value activities and the reallocation to value activities. The areas of interest in which B4TECH operates are: Industry 4.0, Retail 4.0, Fashion Tech and Digital Health.

B-SMART 4.0

The B-SMART4.0 Ecosystem is designed to innovate and digitize installation, maintenance and technical support processes, making them predictive and proactive, increasing machine uptime and productivity, also optimizing installation and maintenance costs.

The main features of B-SMART 4.0 are:

• Monitoring and analysis of equipment telemetry data in real-time for Predictive Maintenance;

• Remote or self-assistance guided support, through AR and ChatBot technologies, during installation, management or equipment maintenance;

• Optimization and planning of on field technician interventions, according to dynamic and real-time variables (e.g. diagnostics, geolocation, spare parts availability, type and priority of intervention, planned agenda, etc.) and also through a Booking App, which takes into account also Covid rules.

CONCEPT STORE 4.0

The Ecosystem CONCEPT STORE 4.0, through the integration of disruptive technologies, such as Conversational Commerce, ChatBot, AI, ML, IoT, VR and AR, allows to:

• Digitize and make resilient sales processes, overcoming limits of traditional processes based exclusively on physical presence in store; • Respect pandemic Covid rules, by a booking functionality for physical queuing/appointment in store and/or virtual appointment with a store clerk;

• Increase the store productivity, thanks to the measurability of business performance, the widening of potential customers audience (exploiting the potential of social media and messaging channels), the increase in customer turnover index and the optimization of in-store time;

• Significantly improve the User Experience, through VR to make a virtual tour in the store.
