GISSS allows its users to make the digital transition by enhancing their know-how, in compliance with the GDPR, national health guidelines and with the best technological solutions on the market. From a functional point of view, it "learns" the work-flow of the target to which it is addressed and, thanks to a strong "abstraction", allows to build tailor-made work environments: it does not impose a model but predefined configurations that can be modified by the user. The core business is the management of services to the person, with low health intensity and a high educational and social inclusion components. GISSS is intuitive in the user experience: it accompanies the user through defined paths and choices by providing innovative solutions such as speech to text, an intelligent management of privacy rules, an articulated structure of authorizations and logs. After 12 years of GISSS history in the desktop environment, we have released the beta version of GISSS cloud SaaS; the official release is scheduled for the end of 2020.

FisioBox is a cloud software for managing the healthcare professional's office and appointments; it is used by physiotherapists or similar (eg speech therapists, orthoptists, podiatrists or anyone who has to manage clinic and visits on patients). FisioBox manages the entire workflow: personal data, the archiving of information and documents, waiting lists, management of multiple clinics and operators, electronic invoicing. The system is highly configurable: it allows to create users with rights and specific tasks, to edit and storage documents from models, to make statistics, to communicate internally (between operators) and towards patients (SMS and email).
