Artificial Intelligence Monitoring helps manufacturing companies to streamline and optimize their processes. Monitoring the health of production lines and properly managing the maintenance of their assets is a key element in achieving these goals. Today, it is possible to take an in-depth look at multiple plant parameters and train AI algorithms in order to implement predictive maintenance and thus anticipate the onset of failure. To date, we have successfully pursued the implementation of our solution with Terna spa, recognizing abnormal health states of autotransformers.

Predeep

Predeep is an enterprise asset failure monitoring and prediction software. Our machine learning algorithms have been developed for major industrial machinery so that we can identify trends that distinguish the onset of failure. The end user will have access to the results of the analysis via a Dashboard, in addition to the analysis and trends of key machinery KPIs, there are programmable alerts that enable asset managers not to miss key maintenance management information. The benefits given by the implementation of our Dashboard are many, first and foremost, downtime is reduced, this is possible because the occurrence of a fault is intercepted earlier with the timely identification of the component to be changed or on which to intervene, thus decreasing the time of fault development, waiting for intervention and repair.
