The Farm management section in Ensimaro allows users to register a series of information and events on the platform, such as: - Location of the collection area / fence - Insertion of animals - Insertion of crops - Infrastructures and tools (e.g. for irrigation of the plot of land) - Events such as sowing, harvesting, fertilizer use, inspections Through Farm Management, the user can have a digital representation of their company and the evolutionary process of the crops available. Enismaro Farm Management component allows the user to monitor numerous processes that must be properly controlled and managed within an agricultural company. For example, through the cultivation function, you can keep track of the seeds planted in a position on the ground and add information relating to growth, harvest and the use of additives. Through the calendar function, it is possible to check the best times for sowing / harvesting / treating particular plantations which are combined and optimized through a connection to weather apps for forecasting the optimal climatic conditions for each of these activities. Finally, it is possible to keep track of the so-called "Field log" and to digitally fill in certain obligations with respect to the activities carried out in the countryside that are mandatory by law, making the process much easier and more intuitive.

Enismaro is an IT platform that includes all the components to track and trace food&wine products. Thanks to the geo-localization feature, Enismaro allows each actor of a product process chain to register the position where an activity on a product (harvesting, transport, packaging, etc.) has been performed and to add information on the process and on the place of origin of it. Enismaro allows the users to "create" and to "visualize" the history of a product in which they took part at its production chain, and the final consumers to "read" this history of a product by accessing to its information on the label printed on the package. The user registers each single production step throughout the overall history of a product and to add to each of them, information regarding the place of origin, the certification documents, photo and videos, as well as information captured by the Iot sensors in the production place. The IOT sensor framework allows the user to have a "proactive" rather than "reactive" approach in the management of their production process. The management of IOT sensors for the devices that are installed in the production sites and at the customer's premises is a very important component to obtain an added value from the reading and monitoring of data. "Smart Conditions" can be added to the consignment, thanks to which the delivery takes place in a more transparent way, linked to certain parameters deriving from the IOT sensors installed in the production site and during transport (e.g. respect for the cold chain). Each event of the production chain, as well as the agreements for the consignment, are stored in the Blockchain framework, so the information is non-modifiable and unique.
