Junction XR is a remote assistance solution for Hololens 2 that extends the functionality of a simple video call by integrating the power of augmented reality. The main features include: annotations (drawing, text) anchored in space, visualization of information related to objects in the real world, rendering of holographic elements, scanning and visualization of data associated with QR codes. The activities carried out during the assistance sessions are stored in a database for future consultations. The solution is developed entirely with proprietary SDKs on our clouds.
