Description

We are an innovative startup born in 2019 and we believe in digital importance and above all, in people centrality. HRTime is based on two principles: a management software linked to an app, in continuous update, dedicated to all HR processes; from time management, through the skills’ analysis and training needs, to the KPIs’ analysis. The goal is to ensure an inclusive, merit-based and objective management. The software is supported by another app exclusively dedicated to employees, who will get everything about their employment relationship and enjoying a quick and easy communication. To reach our digital solutions’ best performance, the right interpreters are also needed: this is why the HR Outsourcing service was born and allows, in particular to SMEs, to have the Human Resources office functionality and to be more competitive by the new labor market’s needs. As part of research with companies and entrepreneurs, as well as promoting the values ​​we believe in, we cooperate with the Digital Innovation Observatories of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano – “Digital Innovation in SMEs”, “HR Innovation Practice”, and “Professionals and Digital Innovation” - and we are partners of the “Partner24Ore” network.

As part of the Innovation4HR project we created, under the name of HRTime, a management software dedicated to the HR processes, that allows the Human Resources’ management starting from concrete, objective and measurable data; and an APP designed for employees to reduce the distance with one's company and having a better time management to get the best work life balance, in order to guarantee to the client companies a real economic and competitive advantage which passes through the well-being of their employees. The HRTime software is designed to allow to HR managers to manage a wide range of processes; for example: it will be possible to monitor and analyze, in real time, employees’s shifts, marking and attendance; labor costs; hourly productivity and everything else concerns the correct personnel administration and making decisions based on real data by the use of HR Analytics and Big Data with the aim of a company personnel’s performance optimization by promoting their engagement. The HRTime app, for mobile devices, has been designed to be available to all the employees and allowing them to stay connected with their company and feeling part of it and optimizing company communication in quality and speed by eliminating any kind of bureaucracy. In fact, the app is a tool for an immediate exchange of documents, information and news designed to simplify employees life in the company and promote the work-life balance. The resource will be able to access its work shifts planned during the week, check bookings, request holidays and leaves, forward justifications, consult the pay slip and any other document relating to the employment relationship, carry out satisfaction assessments and self-assessments to detect any training needs, receive news to be updated on the latest news within the company or of regulatory interest in favor of workers. Our tools aim to allow and spread an agile organizational culture that enhances HR processes in an inclusive, meritocratic and objective perspective, through the creation of a digital mindset that allows to redefine the role of the Human Resources office without losing its human dimension.

As a startup, we thought especially about those realities which don’t have the HR manager within it yet. Our goal is to introduce HR management within Small and Medium Enterprises not limited to a simple administrative and bureaucratic function, but which takes the big companies’ model, where there is a strategic care and attention towards resources. For this reason, Innovation4HR puts in place a multidisciplinary team of HR in outsourcing at the service of the clients SMEs to manage the different and complex aspects related to the HR management at 360°, in order to guarantee a constant, focused and efficient way, a range of services aimed to get those benefits that only a strategic personnel management can bring within the organization. This type of approach offers to SMEs several advantages: it reduces labor costs and relieves the company by the responsibility of training an internal person above all the soft and hard HR skills by quickly providing them with varied and field-tested skills. The teamwork, through the use of hrtime and related apps that will be included in this type of service, will be able to immediately reconstruct a complete business picture starting from concrete, measurable and objective data and develop over them our activities.
