Description

IntegrityKEY S.r.l. is a spinoff of the Polytechnic University of Marche providing an easy-to-use service for the management of food traceability, quality, and safety control by adopting the IntegrityKEY platform, IoT sensors, and blockchain technology. IntegrityKEY promotes the authenticity, monitoring, and certification of food quality thanks to IT and food technologies. The target is represented by small-medium agri-food companies which want to protect and enhance special and high-quality products, such as ancient grains, legumes, wine, and other niches products, with a story to tell to the consumer to differentiate and amplify the value perception of their goods.

Service for the management in real-time for a transparent and blockchain food traceability

IntegrityKEY is a system able to certify traceability (origin and along the supply chain) using GPS coordinates through the blockchain in real-time but also able to control the quality parameters (T, humidity, exposure to light, etc.) through sensors positioned on the lots that transmit data to a platform. The service consists of three components: QRcode for traceability management (from where it starts to where it arrives), certifying the starting point and publishing it on the customized page on the IntegrityKEY platform; blockchain technology for the certification of transactions; IoT sensors for recording food quality parameters on the lots. By implementing this system, traceability management, batch management, quality monitoring, decision-making, and scientific and IT consultancy can be improved thanks to data processing using artificial intelligence.
