CHEMIDAI is a suite of applications which helps retailers and wholesalers to manage front and back office tasks through a domain Artificial Intelligence and a Virtual Assistant. Thanks to Machine Learning and NLP algorithms, CHEMIDAI automatically boosts lead generation and customer profiling, text classification and email interpretation, and customer care through a fine-grained dialogue system. CHEMIDAI is suitable for specific domains and different departments, it organizes data and business information in a single graph knowledge base that is used by the AI. Thanks to the AI.CODIUM® platform and the domain-independent Entity Recognition model the AI does not need to be pre-trained. Moreover, CHEMIDAI can be integrated through web services with any ERP, e-commerce or CRM solutions.

AI.CODIUM®: AI for the construction of closed-domain ontologies supporting human-machine interaction

AI.CODIUM® is a platform for the construction of domain knowledge bases aimed at supporting human-machine interface applications such as dialogue and recommendation systems, text classifiers, virtual assistants and NLP solutions. Research in NLP has actually proved that this kind of solution can benefit from the support of ontologies. AI.CODIUM® is based on graph technology and aims at understanding domain-specific languages, retrieving data and information from several sources in order to store them in a unique domain ontology. All of our NLP solutions are AI.CODIUM®-based. Among them VISIT3D: a Virtual and Interactive System for the Implementation of Tours in 3D guided by a meta-human agent in the domain of cultural heritage. VISIT3D ia project co-funded by Unione Europea, Stato Italiano and Regione Campania as part of POR Campania FESR 2014-2020.
