We are a Marche Startup born in 2020 as a spin-off of Greenbubble, a digital agency with over 10 years of experience. Meet My Company is a GDPR Compliant and in-cloud video conferencing platform, equipped with functional tools such as: showcase page, shared calendar, chat and address book. Our goal is to create new, more complete and efficient remote meeting experiences in the business sector.

What differentiates Meet My Company from the most common video conferencing platforms is that it is a virtual meeting place where companies and freelancers can create their own Showcase Page and have a space in the online world in a few simple steps. Making video conferences has never been so fast: there is no need to download software and participants can access it through a link by entering only their First and Last Name. With Meet My Company it is possible to manage appointments through a Calendar, monitor calls, keep an address book of main contacts and, above all, create a personalized version of the platform, customizing it graphically and integrating it into websites or management systems. The solution responds to specific needs in several areas: training (with the specific module dedicated to the webinar), recruitment (simplifying the management of interviews between the candidate and the company) and Public Administration (creating virtual branches).

Towards a new way of working!

Meet My Company is working on some updates that will simplify and streamline business activities and beyond. A first module will be dedicated to training, with a Webinar space from which to offer training and updating courses, individual and group lessons, deferred videos to share with your audience. In addition to this, there will be special rooms where users will be able to retrieve the material from the call, book an appointment with the speaker and much more. A second implementation will refer to the possibility of making online payments directly from the platform, thus facilitating sales operations also through an online catalog. Finally, a mobile app will be available in the future to make Meet My Company even more functional. However, at the moment it is possible to use the platform from any device, directly from the browser. With the app you will take a step further to the future!
