These allow customers to use the garments as if they were their own at a fraction of the cost and environmental impact. They also include the possibility to keep and purchase their favourite items by exploiting the credits included in the plan cost.



PAC offers the fashion leasing service through www.thepaac.com (B2C) and by creating and managing dedicated websites such as www.pinkoplay.com (B2B2C) for brands that want to tackle the market opportunity directly and offer a sustainable service.

With The Paac, clients can use an innovative multi-brand fashion leasing service. They indicate styles, colours and sizes during the onboarding. This information is processed by a patented proprietary algorithm, supported by an AI, which offers sets of 4 items that the user can modify. The garments can be used as if they were your own. Clients can also use part of the cost of the service to keep and buy their favourite items and benefit from a discount for refurbished items. The MyPaac Basic and MyPaac Smart plans are on subscription and allow you to take advantage of an unlimited wardrobe at a fraction of the cost and environmental impact. The MyEvent Paac plan, on the other hand, is designed for users who want to update their look for a special occasion or event without subscription restrictions. Fashion brands collaborating with The Paac can sell their garments to the final users without any direct investment and only pay a commission on the items sold.

With PINKO PLAY, users can use an innovative fashion leasing service for Pinko products. PAC has developed a modular package for the brand to support it as a full-service provider. Initially, the characteristics of the service, positioning and strategy were defined. Then PAC carried out the technological development, aligning the service with Pinko's image and communication on the other channels with which the brand connects with users. After the launch, PAC deals with the service's management, maintenance and development, offering a wide range of services (e.g. logistics, cash-in, customer service). In this way, Pinko can benefit from the positive PR impact of the initiative that has placed sustainability at its core, avoiding cannibalisation of sales by attracting customers with different needs and exploiting products also available on other channels by mirroring stock availability.
