Description

TRACKFUEL is a fuel control device that manages, monitors and traces the fuel entering the tanks, allowing for a secure economic transaction. This innovative system protects, automates and certifies the refueling procedure, right up to the pre-compilation of the file for the recovery of excise duties. This aftermarket accessory has been patented internationally. TRACKFUEL is aimed at companies with fleets of industrial vehicles, buses, vans, work vehicles and cars; it can be used both from company refuelling tanks and from road service stations. Another advantage guaranteed by Trackfuel is the dematerialisation of existing forms of payment, as it allows for certified and secure economic transitions to be made without the use of cash, payment cards, or dedicated apps. The communication between the on-board device and the yard gateway gives companies the opportunity to have all the data transacted and payments made under control.

TRACKFUEL - The device that fuels your business

TRACKFUEL is a fuel control device that secures fuel transactions, certifying that what has been paid flows into the appropriate tank and not into other containers. It also revolutionizes existing forms of payment by no longer requiring payment cards or Apps. The device consists of two elements: the vehicle unit, made up of a tank cap cover and electronics installed on the means of transport; the yard gateway is installed in the road petrol station canopy and/or in the transporter's company yard. Once verified that the nozzle spout is inserted in the appropriate tank, the RFID tags embedded in it communicates with the electronic inside the cap cover and the gateway, which sends the information to the cloud that proceeds with the identification and checks the solvency. If the process is successful (customer identified and solvent), the system sends the command to the pump which proceeds with dispense. If it detects a disconnection between elements, the dispensing pump stops, preventing fuel from being poured into unauthorized containers.
