Description

ALPINVISION was established in September 2022 to support actors in small communities in adopting a sustainable development model by facilitating the creation and growth of Renewable Energy Communities and offering services on issues of Sustainability and Innovation. The aim is to create a web platform that simplifies and makes concrete the management, development and growth of Renewable Energy Communities for different actors. The platform targets three users: potential ERC members, installers, and the community manager, and aims to accelerate the energy transition.

The web platform that ALPINVISION intends to develop is aimed at the main actors within Renewable Energy Communities: the end user, the community manager and installers. The end user, a potential member of an Energy Community, can visualize its presence in the area, apply for membership, calculate its benefits and estimate its photovoltaic potential by obtaining a rough pre-dimensioning of its possible new installation. Community managers can manage their Community profile, accept new members, propose sustainable development and/or social innovation projects, and communicate with their members by taking advantage of simplified reporting tools. Installers, thanks to their dashboard, receive and eventually approve bid requests already pre-dimensioned with the user's data based on the availability they provide, so as to generate the correct workflow. With the platform, ALPINVISION targets developers and operators of Renewable Energy Communities to provide a simple and concrete tool to accelerate and maximize the sustainable development of the Energy Community itself. ALPINVISION intends to offer itself to multiutilities and ESCOs to provide a comprehensive service in the world of Energy Communities.
