CliWell offers a service based on a tool that allows improving the workplace climate through the analysis of 16 thematic areas, the identification of critical areas, and improvement practices. It relies on a continuously updated and refined mathematical-statistical model. Raw data is transformed into graphs and information accessible to the team leader, who will be able to easily understand the main indicators related to the workplace environment inside of a business organisation. We look forward companies with 5 to 50 employees that aime to improve their competitive performance through the enhancement of individuals, processes, and work environments.

Ones completing the free StartWell service, the team leader identified critical areas through 16 proposed themes (leadership, belonging, remote work, workflows, environment, stress, etc.). The most critical areas are addressed by the tool, which creates a personalized questionnaire, conducts a survey within the team managing the distribution, reminders, and closure of the investigation. A dashboard provides analytical results, along with comparative values from similar contexts. A professional consultant add to the output a written commentary. It will be possible to observe the trend over time of the analyzed themes through a trend analysis. In addition to the procedure generated by the tool, the team leader can customize the questionnaire according to their preferences. At the end of the process, continuous support consultancy packages are offered. We target manufacturing and service companies with 5 to 30 employees.

RISE WELL workplace climate analysis for companies with 0 to 100 employees

The RISE WELL package includes all the services of the GO WELL package, plus a 45-minute web call where a consultant discusses the analysis results, provides a listening opportunity, and suggests improvement practices for the identified critical areas. Additionally, a true empowerment journey will be activated for every individual in the company to grow personally and professionally. Every week, each employee who accepts the challenge will receive a stimulus via email to reflect upon, a topic to take concrete actions on in order to improve attitudes and performance, thus enhancing the work environment, relationships, and consequently, company results. Similar to GO WELL, RISE WELL also provides the option to access the trend analysis service and/or the medium/long-term consultancy support service. We target manufacturing and service companies with 5 to 30 employees.
