LECS is a technology that we distribute in Plug and Play Detection & Response devices, which protect any LAN from the most dangerous cyber attacks, using an effective patented countermeasure system. Detection. The detection engine analyses traffic, internal movements and what comes in from outside, and once an anomaly is detected, it classifies it according to the impact of the network anomaly. Response. In the event that the threat is dangerous to your data, LECS progressively intervenes through a special patented procedure that aims to block the threat. The counter-measure technology is modular, called 'CyberFog', and takes its cue from the physical fog machines used as intrusion defence systems. This approach is very effective, injecting specific packets into the LAN to create a 'freeze' lasting a few seconds to counter the threat. An energy disconnection countermeasure is also integrated into the LECS+ model. The energy disconnect performs an automatic electrical air-gap to safeguard and protect the attacked network segment 100 per cent.
