UTwin empowers buildings data through Digital Twins

UTwin empowers buildings data through Digital Twins

The UTwin SaaS platform enables remote management of all building-related aspects such as maintenance management, sensor data integration, document and space management. The platform focuses on the Digital Twin of the building in order to enhance all data from the real environment, visualise it and use it for integrated and intelligent management. The platform consists of several modules, which can be customised according to the customer's needs, ranging from maintenance management, space management for layout optimisation, and integrated management of IoT devices for monitoring environmental conditions and reducing energy consumption.
Digital Twin Creation

Digital Twin Creation

UTwin offers its customers a service for the creation of digital twins in BIM for existing buildings starting with 360° photogrammetry from which an accurate point cloud of the building can be derived. The 360° virtual tour of buildings can also be used as a commercial tool. UTwin produces digital twins of all disciplines: structural, construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, but it is also possible to map infrastructure and outdoor areas such as car parks and parks. This allows for much more effective maintenance management, thanks to the 3D visualisation of all mapped facilities in the digital twin.
