Evolution of Fluid Dynamics Simulation: From On-Premises to SaaS Cloud

Our advanced proprietary ‘Non-conformal grid’ technology revolutionises the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry by allowing complex 3D ‘Digital Twin’ models to be directly manipulated from the BIM environment. Unlike conventional approaches, VENTO directly imports IFC models without the need to simplify them in advance. The result? A significant reduction of up to 95% in preprocessing time and costs. The main applications are: 1) calculation of wind loads: precise assessment of wind loads on buildings and structures; 2) pedestrian comfort: ensuring optimal comfort in open urban spaces; 3) building physics analysis: in-depth study of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. In line with certification protocols (LEED, WELL and BREEAM); 4) risk assessment: analysis of smoke dispersion in fire scenarios. Currently, the software is offered ‘on premises’, but the introduction of SaaS via vertical web applications available on the cloud is planned.
