Biography
Marco Lucisano is Senior Vice President, Built Environment at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden. He holds a PhD in Pulp and Paper Technology from KTH and has over 20 years’ experience in the institute sector, including leading RISE’s Bioeconomy & Health Division until 2020. Marco drives foresight-based innovation in sustainable urban, societal and industrial systems—specializing in innovation, circularity and technology implementation — and champions digital and bio‑based solutions for future growth.
