Builti is an innovative start-up that offers a suite of software and IoT solution, FIBA, for the expeditious evaluation of buildings, the defectological analysis, and dynamic monitoring of infrastructures to support the evaluation processes, maintenance, and operations of large managers of public and private built assets (buildings and infrastructures). The goal is to make the assets safer, according to risk-based priority criteria (seismic, static, hydrogeological, climate change), through a network of trained professionals that produce homogeneous reports and a safety index on a colorimetric scale, from green to red.
