Food innovation: from farm to fork going through the store
Event description
The Agrifood sector is one of the most affected in terms of innovation. Working in the fields will become more and more technological, while entrepreneurs and operators in the Agrifood industry will turn into providers of technologial innovation to be applied totraditional systems. These implemented technologies are aimed at providing information about the quality, origin and traceability of products to the consumer. Preference will be given to sustainable and fresh food as well as to smart, sustainable farms.
