Founded in 2016, French Tech Milan, which recently became French Tech Italy, is one of the first official French Tech communities abroad (today there are 63, scattered in 50 countries).
It was born with the aim of aggregating, developing, promoting and coordinating the ecosystem of French Tech companies in Italy, strengthening their ties with all the actors of innovation. It has become French Tech Italy as three regions are represented on the board (Lombardy, Lazio and Campania), with the objective of extending the community to the entire national territory.
With these assumptions, the commitment of Italy and France is to collaborate in the strategic development of the digital and green economy and innovation, enshrined in the bilateral agreement signed by the two countries on 26 November last, known as the Quirinal Treaty.
