Biografia
Catherine Fraissenon is head of the EDF Group's Open Innovation Program.
It's part of the Innovation Department and is called Pulse Connect.
Catherine Fraissenon has been with the EDF Group for 25 years, and has shown a keen interest in innovation throughout her career. As well as having explored several of the Group's business sectors in a variety of positions, she was Innovation Manager at the EDF Campus in Saclay and designed the Learning Factory, a pioneering educational innovation facility dedicated to trainers. Involved in "Let's talk energy", the Group's collective intelligence initiative, she created and piloted the "Data Challenge" which led to the creation of a Group Open Data platform.
Today, Catherine plays a central role in the Group's Innovation process, acting as a connector between external solutions and the Group's various businesses. In particular, she helps provide answers to the famous "Make or Buy" question.
