Description

Igloo is a cloud platform targeting Internet of Things device manufacturers with the aim of helping them reduce development times and deliver a product characterized by higher quality and cybersecurity. Specifically, it handles the uploading, storage, and visualization of data uploaded by the devices. All of this is made possible through some software solutions: a server responsible for data storage, two apps (one for the end user and one for the developer) customizable with their own logo, and libraries to be installed on devices that minimize the amount of code needed to create a device connected to Igloo.

Our cloud platform for IoT device makers handles the upload, storage, and visualisation of device data through secure web services and customisable applications for the web and for mobile devices. This allows device makers to cut down on development times as well as ensuring that their products meet all of the latest standards regarding usability and cybersecurity, thus allowing them to focus on what they do best: the hardware. Our solution is highly innovative as, while the platforms currently available on the market target devices still in the prototyping phase, Igloo is suitable to be used by end-users, not just developers. Most of our customers work in the fields of industry 4.0 and smart homes, but the high degree of flexibility and customisability of our services allow us to serve customers in many other sectors.
