UTwin is a proptech startup empowering buildings and infrastructures data through digital twins. 



UTwin is a digital twin based-software supporting building owners and asset operators to manage data in a smarter and collaborative way, starting from a “Twin”, a digital replica of a building or infrastructure. 

Through UTwin, buildings are managed in a unique and centralized way, allowing owners to make data-led decisions, and reducing operating costs. All data coming from sensors, work orders are centralized in a digital replica of a building, allowing to reduce building management costs and to make simulations based on data.



UTwin solution is already implemented by several corporates like Lavazza, Leonardo, Caleffi, Bvlgari, Santagostino and SVICOM.

UTwin is SaaS solution, offering a unique environment where buildings and infrastructure are managed starting from a digital replica or a "Twin". UTwin offers building owners and asset operators the possibility to customize their own digital twin experience by centralizing all data coming from different sources in a digital replica of an asset. Building Information Modeling (BIM) models can be plug&play uploaded in UTwin, avoiding startup costs. Inside UTwin is possible to choose between different services, all connected to the 3D representation of a building or infrastructure: - Facility management & predictive monitoring - Space management and simulations of re-layouts - Sensor management, IoT & alerts (collecting data from temperature, humidity, BMS, cameras, smart lockers) - Room&Desk Booking UTwin is an open platform, open to be integrated with existing systems, offering the framework from which a digital twin platform can be built.
