Emile Wallon

After graduating from ESSEC with a Master in Management, Emile joined WILCO as a Startup Manager where he has actively contributed to the growth of more than 60 startups by helping on them various development challenges including global strategy, sales, finance and HR structuring. As a Program Manager, he now supports midcaps, large caps and territories in their innovation strategy.
Founded in 2002, WILCO brings innovation and transformation projects to life, whether they are driven by startups, collaborators of mid/large caps or territories. WILCO has accelerated more than 1,200 startups, including notable examples such as 360Learning, Innovafeed, Ynsect, Shift Technology, Dataiku, BlaBlaCar, Cardiologs, DNA Script, Wandercraft, and more. Carrying a unique financing mechanism of interest-free loans, WILCO manages a loan fund of more than €35 million, with €10 million committed each year. The accelerator is specialized in three main areas of activity, Industry, Healthcare and Digital, and deploys structured acceleration programs in 3 phases: project development structuring, non-dilutive financing & acceleration of development. Each year, 120 new startups join the program with the goal of reaching their first €1 million in annual revenue.
