Weave Srl is born to help companies to move from HR to People Management. In pre-Covid19 world we worked with big companies using advanced technological solutions like microservices architectures and AI services. In the new world we realized that our team has more experience and skills than company profile. We assume that other companies should have problem, so we decided to create a catalog of services dedicated to Talent Management. We realized services that implements Skill Assessment, Skill Mapping, Career Path, Strategic Workforce Planning, Staffing using machine learning and custom UX for each company.
