Biografia
Angelo Pietrosanti is the Chief Financial Officer for North America of Ducati, prestigious motorcycle manufacturer and proud representative of the Italian industry, style and technology all over the world.
Previously, Mr. Pietrosanti served as Chief Financial Officer and interim Chief Operating Officer at CMC America, a subsidiary of CMC Machinery, Italian manufacturer of automated packaging solutions and part of the KKR Global Impact Fund Portfolio. In his role he was challenged to govern and support the company throughout a tumultuous growth (>3x revenues in less than two years), build an efficient FP&A organization, act as a sounding board for growth strategic initiatives and identify/implement cost efficiency actions.
Angelo started his career as a management consultant spending 12+ years with Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm notable for its work in turnaround management and performance improvement activities, between Italy and the USA. He gained extensive experience and supported companies in strategic financial modeling, business plan development, financial planning, M&A activities, carve-out implementation, and post-merger integration. He also served in interim roles (CFO, Treasurer, Controller) for healthy, underperforming and financially distressed companies.
Additionally, throughout his career, Mr. Pietrosanti invested and served as strategic and financial advisor for a number of start-up projects including, GenomeUp (https://www.genomeup.com/ ) and Evensi (now part of Events.com - https://events.com/ ) where he supported founders and management in capital raise activities, business planning, financial reporting and in the implementation of financial planning & control tools and procedures.
Mr. Pietrosanti holds a master degree in Economics from Università La Sapienza di Roma and an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management.
