I-Pro 1 is a patented smart active system for seismic protection of buildings, that facilitates and speeds up the work of structural engineers and technicians, while also reducing discomfort for residents during the seismic retrofit. I-Pro 1 is installed on the roof of the building, being non-invasive, and avoiding the eviction of people from the structure. Installing I-Pro 1 means precisely schedule the worksite phases, avoiding the potential burdensome procedures of traditional interventions. I-Pro 1 increases the value of the building and reduces its maintenance (and reconstruction) costs. Thanks to its sensors, installed to the walls, it records the building movement 24 hours a day, allowing structural monitoring. It consists mainly of an inertial mass powered by an hydraulic system, which, upon the occurrence of a seismic event, discharges forces on the top floor of the structure such as to counteract the movement of the building, allowing to reduce the amplitudes of oscillation.

The first electric Active Mass Damper system for seismic protection of existing buildings. Electro Pro 20x protects the structure and reduces damages caused by an earthquake. Light and compact, it is standard in size and weight, perfect to be installed on small buildings when small loads are required. Each Electro Pro 20x is a module that generates a force of 20kN. If the structure requires a higher vibration damping, it is possible to assemble more modules, in order to reduce the displacement of the building and reach the desired performance.
