nlcomp develops recyclable thermoplastic composite materials designed to replace traditional fiberglass (thermoset composites), which cannot be effectively recycled at end of life. Our innovation lies in combining industrial mechanical performance with true material recoverability. Unlike conventional resins that permanently crosslink, our thermoplastic matrix can be reheated, reshaped and mechanically recycled, allowing components to be reprocessed into new parts. The material is engineered to be compatible with existing composite manufacturing processes, reducing the need for major plant modifications.
