Description

Blue Innovation proposes an innovative solution in order to measure and improve corporate wellbeing by implementing a technological platform that can collect accurate scientifically validated data, analyze it with BI and ML tools and return a final report with an assessment of corporate wellbeing and a strategy for improvement.

We are targeting companies with more than 10 employees, who are sensitive to corporate social responsibility issues as well as companies that are planning to adopt social sustainability reports. The aim is to initially take the industry and ICT sectors.

The Blue Wellbeing platform allows the company to monitor its own well-being status. By accessing the platform, customers will be able to view the results of the audit with information on the overall well-being result, the variables that impact well-being the most with focus on particular clusters, what are the areas for improvement and strengths. The service can be customized starting with a business analysis and brainstorming session with the client to understand needs and include ad hoc variables during data collection. In addition, guidelines for developing the company's strategy for improving well-being are provided at the conclusion of the report. The goal is to direct investments as effectively as possible using a data-driven approach. The platform provides an annual subscription in order to be able to monitor company performance and evaluate the effectiveness of investments.
