Career path in Industrial Engineering, Financial Control, Manufacturing and Plant manager.
I firmly believe in people and I think that the People-centric approach, in line with an ICARE leadership model, is the key success factor of the industry. 
Innovating through people, developing their talents, guiding them towards empowerment, are 3 key axes to work in order to develop a solid culture of performance and operational excellence within the factories.
Passionate, inspiring, with the desire to always aim for Excellence, I realized that my strength is leading teams to overcome challenges and organizational changes
