As head of Arieli innovation, Or leads the creation of Arieli's early stage growth and investment platforms generating high net worth portfolios and investments. 
Under Or's leadership, Arieli Innovation grew to become a global platform, generating an international dealflow accessing thousands of startups, early stage investments and is now trusted by family offices, banks, industry brands, governments and academic institutions to lead their official innovarion centers, incubators, accelerators, investment funds and business growth programs.
Driven by the vision to make a global impact Or is continuesly invited to speak at global innovation conferences, panels, TV and media about global innovation, entrepreneurship and tech investment trends. Or's strategic innovation advisory includes direct work with prime ministers, government officials, academy and private innovation boards.

Or received the Decoration for Excellence from the IDF Commander in Chief (Ramatkal) for his service in the Counter Terror Special Forces as well as the Decoration of excellence for his service in the Air Force Special Forces.

Or holds a B.A. (Cum Laude, outstanding student award) in Electronic Business Management from Dominican University of California, and an M.A. In Conflict Management and Resolution from Ben Gurion University, Israel.
