The Umbria Region supports innovation-driven policies focused on experimentation, with the goal of transforming the territory into an attractive laboratory for the most dynamic and technologically advanced entities.

In collaboration with Sviluppumbria, the regional agency for economic development, the entrepreneurial discovery process has been strengthened, along with initiatives aimed at enhancing the entrepreneurial culture, with particular attention to product and process innovation in MSMEs operating in traditional sectors.

A special focus has been placed on young people, with the active involvement of university and high school students in training programs featuring challenges dedicated to the development of technologically advanced and sustainable solutions also with the support of ITS Umbria Academy.
