Business Intelligence software platform and API solution that uses artificial intelligence to identify targets via natural language. Unlike solutions such as Cerved or Aida—both based on standard classifications like ATECO codes—YunoAI allows users to search in natural language and analyze company and market profiles in minutes. The platform includes information on shareholders and officers with associated contact details, financial statements, qualitative descriptions of products and services, similar companies (competitors), and enables target searches across a proprietary, continuously expanding database of more than 2.7 million companies. Our mission is to help sales teams, advisors, and analysts optimize the time spent on research so they can focus on closing new customers, deals, or partnerships.

Today, our technology is available both as a SaaS platform and via API, and is used primarily by banks, M&A advisors, private equity funds, and corporates looking to find new clients. In addition to our core solution, we offer a software tool that can monitor any type of news, currently used by an insurance company to track partnerships in the insurance sector.

YunoAI is a SaaS platform, also available via API, that helps analysts, advisors, and sales teams identify and analyze potential targets using natural language. The platform’s features include: 1. Natural-language search — e.g., “Company that manufactures aerial work platforms with revenue between 5 and 40 million and EBITDA of at least 15%.” 2. Data on shareholders, key financial metrics, qualitative descriptions of products and services, and email contacts for statutory auditors and executives. 3. Information on competitors or similar companies to the target under analysis. 4. Automatic creation of a PowerPoint teaser slide with the company’s key milestones (M&A transactions, partnerships, certifications, strategy, etc.). 5. Deep research: enrichment of data across a defined set of companies. Example: “Family-owned solar panel manufacturers that completed M&A transactions in the last 4 years.” 6.
