WISE-PACK: Turning pharmaceutical packaging into product intelligence

WISE-PACK turns pharmaceutical packaging into a smart source of data. Today, drug stability is verified through periodic destructive tests, often months apart, while what happens inside the package remains invisible. WISE-PACK changes this. Its miniaturized, battery-free wireless sensors are integrated directly into blisters, vials and primary packaging to monitor temperature and humidity exactly where the drug is stored, without opening the product. The platform combines sensors, readers and analytics software to transform stability studies from slow periodic checks into continuous monitoring. Designed for pharmaceutical companies, CROs and contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), WISE-PACK enables earlier risk detection, faster packaging validation, better quality decisions and potentially shorter time to market for high-value drugs.
