SWITCH is the agentic AI platform for connected urban fleets. We help fleet operators in micromobility, car rental, shared mobility and last-mile logistics move beyond dashboards and manual judgment — and into automated, data-driven decisions across thousands of cities.

At the core of the product is the Urban Foundation Model (UFM): a generative model built on three proprietary pillars — a unified urban data lake that combines fleet telemetry with city context (weather, events, public transport, density, points of interest), a set of specialised tools for forecasting, simulation and optimisation, and a generative layer that produces synthetic mobility data on demand.

On top of the UFM, autonomous agents reason about real fleet decisions — rebalancing, sizing, depot placement, EV charging, crew routing — with full urban awareness. The underlying dataset covers 3,868 cities and more than 350 million trips every month, delivering forecast and simulation accuracy of 92–98% in production.
