Biografia
In his role within the IMPULSE, David builds and nurtures relationships with researchers and innovation offices from leading global universities, academic medical centers, and research institutes. His aim is to advance breakthrough therapeutics for respiratory diseases, neonatal care, and rare diseases, as well as non-pharmaceutical solutions in respiratory and neonatal care developed by academia. His role also involves identifying and evaluating new opportunities and is responsible for negotiating academic transactions, including sponsored research agreements and license agreements.
Based in Chiesi’s Boston office, David is also responsible for broader engagement across the North American life sciences ecosystem and beyond, including outreach to innovative startups, accelerators, and hubs. His outreach and innovation initiatives include managing multiple academic requests for proposals and innovation challenges focused on startups developing breakthroughs in chronic respiratory and neonatal care.
