John Pavia

Biografia

John Pavia began his career as an attorney, quickly becoming Partner of his law firm, before pivoting towards private equity and venture capital. Over the last 25+ years, John has led and invested in several venture capital- and private equity-backed companies, including scale-ups, corporate turnarounds, and various M&A transactions. Most recently, John served as the Managing Partner of LogicSource, a Bain Capital Ventures firm. John currently Chairs the Investment Committee of the State of Connecticut's largest public venture capital fund, Connecticut Innovations. Over the last 15 years, the fund has grown from $50 million to over $500 million in assets under management.
