Description

In 2021, 200 young entrepreneurs benefited from the services of the network to structure their business creation project, 50 start-ups received advice from our members, and 30% were helped in their search for and arrangement of financing. For 10 years, “Les Business Angels du Plateau de Saclay” have brought together 10 M€ of investment from individuals in the service of local entrepreneurs. The Finance & Technology association is a member of the France Angels federation and of the PRA coordination (Paris Region Angels).

Created in 1999, the Finance & Technology association contributes to the development of an innovative and civic economy at the service of revitalizing territories. Finance & Technologie is a founding member of the France Angels federation.

The association discovers and advises business creators, from the finalization of their project to fundraising. It co-opts, trains new Business Angels and detects investment opportunities on projects with high growth potential. In partnership with local authorities, it allows entrepreneurs and investors (Business Angels, investment funds, corporate ventures, etc.) to meet at professional events that it organizes. This has been manifested by renowned events such as Techinnov, Paris Saclay Invest, …

The association pursues 4 fundamental missions:

- Improve the detection of innovative projects

- Support project leaders and facilitate their access to financing for their growth

- Organize the connection of entrepreneurs with investors

- Develop a network of Business Angels capable of significantly intervening in these projects

The association was labeled by the Ministry of SMEs (July 2006) and approved by funders. The association is managed by a board of directors and an office, and organizes a general meeting each year.
