Innovative GreenTech startup and manufacturer of engines powered by alternative fuels (natural gas, bio-fuels, e-fuels, hydrogen). Our mission is to decarbonize the ‘hard-to-abate’ sectors of transportation and power generation: trucks, buses, specialty vehicles agricultural and construction machines, boats, gensets, etc. We offer sustainable solutions for the environment with the lowest investments and TCO for customers and end-users, for advanced and emerging markets. We equip new vehicles (for OEMs) and retrofit running fleets (for operators) with our green and connected engines. Alternative-fuel motorizations

NGV has two main operational models: 1. development of new motorizations for new vehicles/machines and 2. repowering of running fleets. All products developed/converted by NGV are perfectly suited for both models, the major difference being the final market: 1. is best for OEMs, while 2. fits the needs of diverse customers that are mainly service providers (transport, rental, etc.). NGV’s engine line-up ranges from 2.5 to 22 liters displacement, as the company, thanks to its agility, plans to offer the largest portfolio of alternative-fuel power systems on the market. NGV engines address hard-to-electrify sectors (e.g., heavy-duty transport, marine, agriculture and construction machinery, power generation) and are certified against the most recent and toughest standards, i.e., Euro VI Step E for On Road and Stage V for Non-Road. NGV’s technologies encompass natural gas, biofuels (e.g., biomethane, bioethanol, etc.), and e-fuels (hydrogen, e-methanol, etc.).

MEMAG: bidirectional IoT system for remote control of engine & vehicles

Proprietary innovative IoT system formed by ‘MEMAG’ hardware device and ‘NGV TOOLS’ software. This universal diagnostic system can bidirectionally communicate with engines and entire fleets of vehicles as it connects with virtually all mainstream Engine Control Units (ECU) available in the market. Transport companies can remotely monitor their fleets and check engine status to detect vehicle anomalies and prevent machine stops (predictive maintenance). The software shows engine faults codes, identifies components affected and illustrates possible causes and solution. Moreover, through AI the system can alert the operator and perform pre-determined automatic responses to avoid high-risk situations. This innovative IoT system is modular, so it can be adapted for railway, marine, oil&gas, and industrial applications monitoring and commanding any device. Companies can analyze data and remotely perform actions to maximize productivity and minimize energy consumption and machine downtime.
