NOVA is a department that evaluates startups with strategic interest to the group and provides investment support. Investments are usually less than 3 million euros with a minority stake of less than 25%.
My responsibility in NOVA is to monitor startups focused on circular business models and identify innovative solutions related to circular design, alternative materials, recycling technologies, and practices that enable customers to transition to circular practices.
