The solution is already operational on chemical tanks and reservoirs using radar technology, industrial assets with GPS, and smart recycling stations in facilities, and will be expanded to agricultural silos up to 25 meters tall for tracking the filling of raw materials and feed. The platform unifies heterogeneous data from various sensors into a single cloud-based dashboard accessible via a browser, enabling multi-site remote monitoring, demand forecasting, intelligent inventory/resource management, and the generation of reports for operational and environmental compliance. A single interface to monitor the company’s entire physical assets, applicable at the end of the production line or through retrofitting, and without complex IT infrastructure.

The proprietary iotilize.me platform creates a digital twin of each asset, eliminates the need for Excel spreadsheets, and optimizes collection scheduling using predictive algorithms, reducing logistics costs by up to 30%. At its core is an IoT sensor, developed in-house and patented (IT + EU), designed specifically for special industrial waste collection containers. The device installs itself in less than 5 minutes with non-invasive mounting and requires no local IT infrastructure: simply access the cloud platform via a browser to monitor asset status. The sensor detects the container’s fill level (up to 25–30 m³), GPS location, loading/unloading and handling events, and ambient temperature and humidity, with automatic alerts in case of anomalies.
