These agents can have a face and voice (hyper-realistic avatars), integrate into 2D and 3D environments, communicate across multiple channels, and, most importantly, connect to business processes to perform concrete actions. The solution is highly versatile and adaptable to typical use cases in any industry. Each agent can be specialized for specific domain challenges. However, thanks to microservice orchestration capabilities, multiple agents can collaborate: our ecosystem supports multi-agent scenarios in which agents with different specializations communicate with each other via internal APIs.
