Skillvue is the proprietary AI-based platform that allows you to analyze the skills of candidates and employees in a rapid, objective and scalable way. Within the platform, HR professionals select the tests of the most important skills for a role and in doing so create a customized assessment test to submit to candidates or employees. The invitation to the test occurs by sending a simple email or message containing a direct link. On average, completing a test takes 15 minutes and can be done from any type of device, ensuring a simple but innovative User Experience. Once the test is completed, Skillvue processes a complete and in-depth analysis of the skills in a few minutes, providing a rating on the person's compatibility with the role (Skill matching) and an evaluation of each skill on a Likert scale from 1 to 5. This makes it possible to identify high-potential candidates and develop effective growth, training and internal mobility paths for employees.
