Biografia

My path in innovation started with a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology, where I learned to read complexity and turn it into opportunity. From scientific research to startup collaboration, from policy to ecosystems, I have worked at the intersection of knowledge, people, and impact, in the Research Dept of an Italian Business Association and as General Manager of the Lombardy Life Science Cluster. Today, at The Impulse by Chiesi, I connect science with collective action, scouting and shaping external innovations that enable inclusive, sustainable change and redefine how progress is built, together.
