GENIUS LOCI: Engaging the tourist with conversational AI

Is a solution composed of: 1. a cloud platform that allows the manager of the cultural property to autonomously create and maintain virtual assistants who guide the tourist to discover the museum/village/cultural property. The virtual assistant, the soul of the place (called Genius Loci in the Roman cult), is an artificial intelligence capable of understanding the tourist's questions expressed in natural language (textual or vocal) guiding him through the visit. 2. Glooci, a magic mobile app that allows the tourist to interact with the Genius Loci during the visit, on site or remotely. 
With Genius Loci the visit of cultural place becomes engaging, personalized and immersive, even at a distance, through 
- the strong emotional involvement thanks to empathy mechanisms; 
- the adaptation of contents to the tourist (age, interests, time available, difficulties); 
- gamification techniques;
