Thanks to integration with Zapier (the world's number one app connector) you can automate any type of contract flow. All you need to do is set up the trigger in the App or CRM you use (directly from the "integrations" section in the platform), and upon whose triggering you can start a contract automatically using a template present on HEU ready for signing or filling in. How can contracts be completed or triggered? Nothing could be easier, through a system of placeholders to be inserted directly into the document, you can massively create and send for signature as many contracts as you want starting from a single template. The placeholders can be filled in by the counterparty at signing, filled in by uploading a csv file or by filling in our table, or alternatively have them filled in automatically by the CRM or App used through the connection with Zapier.

With HEU it is possible to take care of the entire lifecycle of any legal document. It features a proprietary builder for creating contracts, but you can create real templates to have ready-to-use contracts with a single click. You can add tags to documents for a better archiving experience, share documents to collaborate or have them signed (with a proprietary eIDAS-compliant electronic signature), and, in addition, you have the ability to massively create and send for signature as many contracts as you want from a single template: via a placeholder/placeholder system that allows you to have the counterparty fill in the information or import it from CRM via Zapier.
